Inner Adventure uses the proven and wonderful effects of action learning via hard skills to promote the „soft skills“ (emotional and social intelligence /competence) in an authentic, highly enjoyable and sensitive mix.

Why train these personal and team skills at all ?
The Worlds (the Individual, Private, Domestic, Public, Educational, Welfare, Business, Political, Ecological) are rapidly changing. They demand new and forgotten skills:
Forgotten skills such as community, archaic experience, connection and sensitivity towards one’s surroundings and nature, continuity, valuing the past in the present, focus.
New skills such as primary personal development, inner and outer leadership, conflict resolution, comfort with complexity, change & continuity management, diversity management, inter-cultural competence etc.
In earlier times there were many rituals and structures where kids and young people could find their place in these worlds, discover their inner and outer energy and limits and grow into adult life.
As a poor substitute for these real confrontations, many kids are left disoriented and to find their “identity” in virtual “games”, exaggerated consumerism or addictions. Whether for oneself, in relationships or in future jobs, kids should have the setting for developing their emotional, social and tolerance skills themselves and improving the life feeling and future prospects. Also a feeling and care for their own body in a natural environment and not misuse it like a machine.
These skills are partly present in each of us and partly they have to be trained. The mountains provide the perfect setting for this work ‘n fun and the group a protected framework without diversions. Here and now they experience the power and beauty of real nature: of real speed, of real rushing and suspense AND slowing down, whiling time, experiencing and cementing stillness in their lives. The natural setting we choose carry them wonder-fully on this journey.
